What do we know about Brian Heder?
He's been smuggling since the golden age of the trade in the Keys and still runs product through his boat yard with Lori, his third wife. These days he has others do the dirty work.
He lets Jason stay at one of his properties for free, as long as Jason helps with local shakedowns and drops in for Lori's sangria. He looks like a beach bum; Rockstar says he doesn't act like one.
The rest of the cast is on GTA 6 characters, and the rest of Leonida is in the GTA 6 library.
