The Vintage Vice City Pack comes with every pre-order and purchase placed before 20 November 2026, so buying on launch day still counts.

No. Rockstar gives the free GTA+ month only to pre-orders from the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store placed before 20 November. Physical copies still get the Vintage Vice City Pack.

Yes, with limits. PlayStation refunds stop once the download or pre-load starts. Microsoft lets you cancel online, as a refund after it charges you. Rockstar Store orders are cancelled through Xsolla with your order number.

It's a separate merchandise box from the Rockstar Store, sold while supplies last. It does not include the game, so you still need to buy GTA 6 itself.
